Batam Island, bigger forrest area, bigger area for bicycles?

According to Master Plan of Free Trade – Free Port Area of Batam, 34 Percent area of Batam Island planned as green area. This is huge amount of land conservation. Bigger than jakarta (<15%) and other major city in indonesia.
What is advantage and disanvantage for bicycle rider?
One of the big advantage is the number of bicycles rute over there. One that can figure here is “Jalur Drak 2” or “Drak 2 Route”.
